Founding Story

Ayoub Sciences LLC began as a response to a global gap: the absence of institutions capable of integrating quantum biology, ecology, neuroscience, materials systems, and civilizational theory into unified, operational models. Long before the company existed, Dr. Ali Ayoub spent more than twenty years supporting students, faculty, and communities through mentorship, scientific education, and career development. He trained students in agribusiness, biotechnology, and materials science; guided master’s and doctoral projects; and helped individuals shape their professional paths with clarity and confidence.

Beyond academia and industry, he worked voluntarily to teach communities how biological systems and materials science connect to human security and everyday life. These philanthropic efforts formed the earliest expression of Ayoub Sciences: a commitment to democratizing scientific understanding and building bridges between knowledge and society.

Years before formal incorporation, Dr. Ayoub created a professional identity and communication channel to support this mission. Ayoub Sciences LLC is the institutional continuation of that long‑standing commitment — transforming decades of service, interdisciplinary research, and global experience into a structured ecosystem designed to advance science, strategy, and civilization.

Founder

Ali Ayoub, Ph.D. is the founder and architect of Ayoub Sciences LLC. An American citizen born in Lebanon — the historic land of Phoenicia, cradle of the world’s first alphabet and one of humanity’s earliest centers of maritime trade — he grew up in the suburbs of Beirut, a city once celebrated as the Roman Empire’s pre‑eminent school of law. This cultural and intellectual heritage shaped his lifelong commitment to knowledge, scientific inquiry, and human development.

A recognized biotechnology inventor with more than two decades of international experience across the Middle East, Europe, Northeast Asia, and North America, Dr. Ayoub has a sustained record of translating advanced scientific research into strategically relevant bioindustrial capabilities. He holds a PhD in Materials Chemistry from the University of Reims, with postdoctoral studies at Cornell University and Japan’s National Agriculture and Food Research Organization, where he conducted pioneering nanoscale research on agricultural feedstocks.

He integrates deep technical expertise with commercial, financial, and geopolitical insight, supported by an MBA from the London School of Economics, leadership training at Oxford University, and graduate studies in Global Security at King’s College London. His federal service reinforces his commitment to resilience, service, and national security.
